Role and responsibilities

Design Engineering
Working with colleagues and suppliers to produce detailed design/engineering package for submittal to client. Duties to include:

* Lead, manage and develop the CAD department
* Prepare and supply information for bill of materials as required
* Liaise with internal departments regarding estimates/quotes
* Liaise with clients for clarification and discussion of critical issues
* Manage project and department budgets
* Ensure the department works at optimal efficiency
* Ensure hardware and software are maintained and updated
* Manage and distribute workloads

The successful candidate will:-
* Have proven experience in a similar role
* Have experience of leading and managing a team
* Experience in AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit
* Have knowledge of stainless steel process/water purification skids
* Experience in the production of pipework layout drawings and schematic
* 3D modelling clash detection
* Have the ability to multi task
* Have exceptional communication skills
We will provide initial training on our systems with full support from our team and ongoing training as required.
