Job description
- Contract issuing: checking contracts and obtaining all relevant information before issuing on Docusign
- Contract signed by Sub-Contractor - issue CF 09 BAM governance form for signature
- Contract dating and Execution
- Managing EKFB Docusign user accounts
- Legal documents: recording receipt of hard copies; following up any enquiries
- Updating Procurement Tracker: as and when contracts issued, returned and executed
- Update: Buying Gains and Losses spreadsheet
- Inputs of Subcontractor orders on Causeway
- Reporting: compiling data for Managers as and when required
- Respond to ad hoc data request
- Respond to Email enquiries (contract updates)
