Job description

1 x role is for 6 months+, the other for 12 months+ and have the potential of being made permanent.

our client is the UKs leading Highways Maintenance provider, looking after more than 24,000 miles of roads, 280,000 lighting assets and 20,000 miles of footways, always with a view to ensuring that all works are carried out as sustainably as possible and with minimal impact to local communities.

As part of their ambitious plans for growth, the central finance team are looking to recruit Finance Assistants to work from our Head Office in Beaconsfield.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Management of the timesheet system master data including new starters and leavers
• Updating existing records for changes
• Communicating reporting deadlines and system updates
• Managing submission of timesheet process
• Issue regular reports to the business and respond to the ad hoc queries
• Validating submitted timesheets
• Provide training for the new users and promote general awareness of the timesheet system within the business
• Collect users' feedback and propose system improvements

• Good time management to ensure that deadlines are met
• Competent user of MS Excel and MS Outlook
