Job description
The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.
The role
The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role. The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following:
* Provide project control support to the PM delivery team on the relevant contracts on a day to day basis, with a consolidated view of the contract monthly and quarterly.
- Be the single point of contact for the contract team for any inputs / outputs and ad-hoc queries on a day to day basis, with a consolidated view of the contract on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Report into the Project Control team leader to give an integrated view of contracts.
- Financial Control: Management of Financial Baseline Change control through Project Control System with quarterly restatements through CSR process with the support of the factory project control, but ensuring all completed in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities
* Weekly spend checks / Monthly spend checks and schedule Estimate To Complete (ETC) updates / Quarterly Contract Status Report (CSR) inputs / Monthly Baseline Change Request (BCR) management of changes also ensuring PMCompass toolset is kept topical / Risk and Opportunity management / Milestone updates / monthly reporting / TM1 resource demand updates / JIRA workflow updates with Cost Collection Numbers / config control of documentation / How to guides produced to aid lessons learnt / Confluence updates
Keys Skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Project and excellent Excel and Outlook
- good communication skills
