Controls Engineer
FAT, SAT and Commissioning
Southampton, Fareham, Winchester
Permanent Position
£40,000 to £48,000

Working for a global organisation you'll be part of the Service team codusting FAT, SAT and commissioning
39 hours per week Monday to Friday Position 8am to 5pm

Duties
To execute Factory Acceptance Testing and complete FAT documentation in accordance to GDP rules and procedures
To assist the Projects team with machine operational demonstrations during Customer FAT
Assist with the handover to SAT team and be involved in the technical support for the Project SAT activities.
Assist and offer any ideas you might have in the development of new manufacturing and design techniques to improve productivity, timeliness and quality of internally manufactured product.
Build upon the culture of continuous improvement to deliver ongoing and sustainable improvements.

Experience in:
GDP procedures and policies
Commissioning and interrogation of Siemens Step 7 PLC and Allen Bradley SLC and Control Logix PLC's software
Software loading and communications set up
