Job description

The successful candidate will be joining an existing team delivering on one of the biggest projects in the country. As the supervisor you will be manging the HV installation across 2 sections of the project and will help achieve the desired targets and timescales. Being the supervisor will mean you will be required to do the following:
* Promote all Health and Safety protocols and ensure they are implemented on site and complied with.
* Manage, coach and motivate team members
* Ensure all site records are accurate and submitted on time and ensure the programme and costs are monitored.
* Ensure all tool box talks, task briefs and COSS briefs are carried out prior to work commencing on site
* Work with construction teams to ensure the correct plant, materials and manpower are ordered and in place
* Supervise all personnel on site including direct staff, contract staff and sub-contractors
* Carry out performance reviews of direct reports

To be considered for this role the candidates must:
* Hold a valid PTS and COSS certification on Sentinel
* Hold Emergency First Aid (training can be provided)
* Hold a SSSTS/SMSTS
* IOSHH (preferred)
* UK Driving license
