Job description

To assist in ensuring that the Council's duties under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Traffic Management Act 2004 & The London Permit Scheme are discharged effectively in order to reduce disruption to the public highway to enable the Council to fulfil its network management duty. To receive and process Street Works notices/permits and Fixed Penalty Notices. Monitor inspections of reinstatement's using evidence collected on-street. Liaise with statutory undertakers and other stakeholders and ensure compliance with specifications. Dealing with all duties under the relevant statutory legislation ensuring all information is collated and produced in a timely manner.
