Job description

Role:

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to gather information necessary for the creation of the Operation Manual.
• Write clear and concise technical documents that effectively explain complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Edit and revise technical documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop diagrams, charts, and other visuals to supplement technical documentation.
• Maintain version control and update the Operation Manual as necessary.
• Review and verify all technical documentation before finalizing and submitting for approval.

Experience:

• Previously worked in the water sector
• Previous Technical Authoring experinece
• Ideally site qulalifications: SSSTS, CSCS, Thames Passport

Flexibility:

• 2 days on site, 3 day WFH
