Job summary

I am looking for an Environmental Engineer which includes Process Design Work and Process Commissioning on a variety of sites, the work will initially be site based and will cover their Yorkshire division and occasionally other parts of the UK.

Job description

This organisation has a team of highly qualified process engineers who have the experience in designing complete treatment systems from project conception as well as offering solutions to clients with existing malfunctioning processes and installations.

You will be joining a small growing team within the company however you should also be happy to work with a larger multi-disciplinary site team of other engineers.

Their process engineers are highly experienced in the following areas;

• Water Treatment Process Design
• Wastewater Treatment Process Design
• Industrial Treatment Process Design
• Leachate Treatment Process Design
• Sludge Treatment Process Design
• Optimisation of Existing Processes

This role will include working on Wastewater Treatment Plants that are currently undergoing complex MEICA upgrades. The role will include Process Design Work and Process Commissioning on a variety of other sites throughout Yorkshire and the UK. Initially the work will be site based

You will need to have:

• an interest in Wastewater engineering
• A background in Environmental Engineering, Wastewater and Water Engineering or Environmental Sciences
• The ability to travel by car when required
• Be well organised, have attention to detail, work on their own initiative
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Not essential, but beneficial to have:

• Laboratory experience

Salaries are flexible from 30-45k+
