Job description

Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 plus package

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

Company Overview: Our client, a reputable Design & Build Contractor, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to contribute to the Detailed Design phase of multiple clean and wastewater projects. These projects are part of frameworks with Yorkshire Water, Thames Water, and Severn Trent Water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake Electrical Design tasks for MEICA schemes across varying budgets.
• Provide detailed design support throughout the project lifecycle, from Construction to final handover.
• Conduct occasional site visits as required.
• Hybrid working model: office presence required for 3 days per week.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold an Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably possess experience within the water industry or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Design Engineer.
