Job Opportunity: CNC Grinder

Location: Titchfield

Join our esteemed Aerospace client based in Titchfield as a CNC Grinder on a permanent basis, with the option for a contract arrangement if preferred.

Remuneration:

£30,330.00 to £32,261.00, depending on experience. An annual salary review is anticipated on April 1st.

Key Responsibilities - Grinding Cell:

As a CNC Grinder, your primary responsibilities will include setting and operating grinding machines within manufacturing cells. This encompasses CNC internal and external Studers, manual universal grinding machines, and surface grinders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent standard of training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CNC role.
• Experience in the aerospace sector or equivalent industry.
• Proficient in understanding SPC data collection and recording results.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment such as Vernier, micrometer plug gauges, screw plug gauges.
• Strong mechanical background.
