Approved Inspector supporting projects in Cardiff

Introduction

• We are currently working with a well-established Approved Inspector group who are looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor to join the growing team. They have a lot of focus around Domestic and Residential, however do also do certain Commercial projects as well.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee Domestic and residential projects and a small amount of Commercial.
• Responsible for inspecting and ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance and support the relevant businesses to facilitate compliance with current regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project targets.
• Complete site visits when necessary, and take action where needed.

Working conditions / environment:

• Hybrid/flexible working
• Site visits when required.
• Communicating feedback to colleagues
• Ability to travel to sites when necessary.

Salary:

• The rate is dependent on candidate experience but £45,000-£55,000 gives you an idea of the salary the business is willing to pay + benefits.
