Location: Edinburgh (mostly remote*)

Duration: 5-6 month contract

Rate: £40ph UMB (Inside IR35)

*You will be expected to be onsite for the first couple of days whilst you embed into the role, then will be working mostly remote with odd travel to site when required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Resource support required for the Edinburgh Configuration Management Team, to support the ongoing Configuration Management Activities.

The main area of focus will be on the following activities -

• Review and verify documentation is suitable for progressing based on set guidelines
• Control the approval process of new documentation
• Control the processing of updates to existing documentation
• Record, distribute and control the documentation received from and sent to external parties
• Continuous Improvement activities

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Experience within Teamcenter Unified is required
• Familiarity with Databases, especially PDM/PLM Toolset (Teamcenter).
• Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

• Strong administration skills (preferably in Documentation review and control)
• Good attention to detail

• Requires to be security cleared for reviewing Restricted/Official & Secret Documentation

TASKS REQUIRED
