Position: Site Manager - Environment

Location: Northumbria

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Site Manager to join our Environment Business at Our Client. This role focuses on managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil installation schemes primarily in the water industry on clean and waste sites within Northumbria. Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Senior Site Manager and supporting the Project Delivery Team.
• Ensuring site activities comply with safety, legislative, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Monitoring site costs and preparing progress reports.
• Maintaining accurate site documentation and conducting inductions and Toolbox Talks.

About You:

• Experience in the water and/or sewage industries.
• Relevant H&S qualifications (SMSTS, IOSH, CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management, CSCS card, First Aid training, and EUSR).
• A commitment to excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
