Job description
Important: All applicants must be able to obtain Security Clearance, and as a minimum be living in the UK for 5 years.
Working: The role is office/hybrid based with occasional travel to other company/customer's sites in the UK or abroad. Office site presence, anticipated 2-3 days onsite, depending on project needs.

We have an exciting new opportunity for talented and motivated Analyst's who are looking to develop their expertise and play a pivotal role in extending products in capability and effectiveness.
The Analysts are involved throughout the project lifecycle from conceiving new product ideas and capabilities to gaining customer approval of delivered solutions and insertion of capability enhancement to in service solutions.
As a Analyst you will provide in-depth technical expertise, supporting equally the product development and project delivery.
Experience needed:
- Ideally qualified to degree-level or equivalent experience in a Physics or Engineering based subject, such as; Electronics, Hardware, Computer Science, Software or Systems Engineering etc.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely to both expert and non-expert audiences.
- Proficiency in the use of mathematical and scientific modelling tools, such as MATLAB.
- Proven ability to set and meet deadlines effectively.
Commercial experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Operational Analysis
- Trials Data Analysis
- Performance Prediction Modelling
- Performance Requirement Interpretation and Analysis
Experience in the following would be desirable:
- Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous
- Experience in the Naval / Maritime domain would be advantageous.
