🌟 Join Our Team: Principal engineer for Dynamic Developments 🌟

About the Role:

As a key member of our technical team, you'll take on a varied and impactful role, contributing to the design of our cutting-edge developments. Your responsibilities will include detailed designs for development infrastructure, management of projects at all stages, and coordination across multiple aspects of the development process. You'll be the driving force behind the preparation, submission, and closure of applications, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. In addition, you'll play a crucial role in mentoring and developing junior team members and will have the opportunity to witness the progression of developments through on-site visits.

About You:

You hold a Civil Engineering degree or possess equivalent working experience, bringing with you a background in engineering, preferably with a consultancy or in-house design focus. Being MICE chartered or Incorporated, you have a proven track record in creating detailed designs for housing developments, with expertise in infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external works. Your strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft, AutoCAD, PDS, and FLOW (or similar), set you apart.
