Associate - Civil Engineering

Our client, a leading engineering company, is seeking an Associate Civil Engineering professional to join their Infrastructure Group in London. As an Associate Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing solutions to local infrastructure and utility needs, as well as contributing to the planning and design of cities worldwide. This is a permanent position for someone looking to grow their technical and operational expertise in the field of Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, overseeing civil infrastructure design from project proposition to construction
• Plan project resources and finances, ensuring job financial performance
• Lead and manage technical staff, including workload planning, mentoring, and development
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and schedules
• Contribute to the work-winning team to secure the company's project pipeline

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in infrastructure design, specializing in Highways, Utilities, or Sustainable Drainage
• Demonstrated success in delivering multidisciplinary projects and effectively managing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage
• Membership in a relevant professional institution
