Job summary
As a CAD Technician, you will assist the team in both 2D and 3D CAD tasks, particularly supporting our Civil Design divisions. Your focus will be on utility and civil projects within the business unit.

Job description
Your daily tasks will involve:
- Creating 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D, collaborating with surveyors and civil engineers on utility designs.
- Generating Planning, Construction, and As-Constructed drawings.
- Collaborating with Civil and Electrical engineers to secure maximum Category 1 approvals for Source.
- Ensuring drawings meet CAD standards and undergo quality assurance checks under the guidance of the Design Manager.
Qualifications:
This CAD Technician role is suitable if:

- You possess a Degree, ONC/HNC, or equivalent in architectural technology or related field.
