As a Senior Building Control Surveyor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that building projects comply with relevant regulations and standards. Key Skills

• Significant experience in Building Control
• Level 2 either approved or applied

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations
• Reviewing building plans, specifications, and calculations
• Providing technical advice and guidance to clients and colleagues
• Preparing and issuing building regulation approvals and completion certificates
• Investigating and resolving complaints or non-compliance issues

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of building regulations and legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of relevant software tools
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Professional certification in Building Control is preferred
• Valid driving license
