Job description
Our client, a leading company in the water industry, is currently seeking a MEICA Commissioning Engineer (low level) to join their team on a contract basis. As a MEICA Commissioning Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful electrical commissioning of projects within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake part commissioning, part Electrical Supervision, and part administrative duties.
- Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems and equipment.
- Carry out inspections and checks to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including commissioning records and reports.
- Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Good experience in electrical commissioning within the water industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
- Proficient in conducting tests and inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
