Experience needed;

• Proven experience leading teams, and team management.
• Working with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality software, implementing both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Some experience developing with C, C++ or Ada, with a solid background in software engineering including use of scripting languages.
• A passion for software engineering, with the ability to innovate and think critically to solve complex software problems with a willingness to develop software skillsets either through on the job, or formal training.
• Comfortable working with a team in a collaborative environment, communicating and contributing to design and implementation decisions, and supporting integration across multiple projects and sites.
• Present new ideas and be able to influence stakeholders, including Project Leaders and Department Leads.
• Our products incorporate software, hardware and operating system configuration, including security solutions so you should be comfortable working across all of these areas.
• Strong technical documentation writing and reviewing skills, as you will be required to produce technical documentation to support our processes.

Desired;

• Ideally qualified to degree-level or equivalent experience in a Physics or Engineering based subject, such as; Electronics, Hardware, Computer Science, Software or Systems Engineering etc.
