Duration: 6 month contract

Rate: £23ph UMB (Inside IR35)

Role profile:

Our client, a world leader in the design, manufacture, and support of helicopters, is seeking a Configuration Management Co-ordinator to join their UK team. This is a 6-month contract role based in Yeovil, with a focus on supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring a standardized approach across various products and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of documentation from source data provided by multiple stakeholders to support intercompany meetings and document outcomes.
  • Scheduling meetings, ensuring attendance, communication links, and facilities are correct.
  • Updating and maintaining reports using various means of source data.
  • Collaborating with the Configuration Management (CM) Manager to update processes, ensuring accurate information is available to the wider business.
  • Collation of information to create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluate organizational performance.
  • Implementing corrective/preventative actions within the scope of accountabilities.
  • Creation and maintenance of the departmental electronic filing system.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
