What You'll Do:

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a skilled team to construct, repair, and maintain boats of different sizes and types.
• Deck Fitting Expertise: Utilise your specialised knowledge in deck fitting to breathe life into our projects.
• Attention to Detail: Bring precision and unwavering dedication to every stage of the boat-building process, from initial design to the finishing touches

What We're Looking For:

• Marine Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the marine industry, emphasising fit-out, repair, and maintenance across various disciplines.
• Comprehensive Process Understanding: A holistic grasp of fit-out, repair, and maintenance processes
• Adaptability and Positivity: An adaptable and positive approach when encountering new challenges and diverse projects.
• Quality Craftsmanship: Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail to uphold the highest quality standards

This is a long-term ongoing contract position based in Southampton. You will be working 47 hours per week, from 7am to 5pm, offering you the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the creation of maritime masterpieces

The hourly rate is dependant on experience, however payment methods are:

• LTD Company (insurances will need to be provided)
• Umbrella (One of our chosen suppliers)
• PAYE
