Job description

Our client, a leading company in the Defence & Security industry, is currently seeking a Senior Engineer - Outfit to join their team on a 12-month contract basis. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing outfit solutions within the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop outfit solutions in line with project requirements
• Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis
• Create technical specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Conduct evaluations and tests on outfit installations
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation phases
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in outfit design and development
• Proficiency in using relevant design software and tools
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• BPSS security clearance
