Position: Design Manager - Water Projects

Location: UK Wide (Remote Working Available)

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a talented Design Manager to join our client's Water Projects team. In this role, you'll lead design efforts for various water projects across the UK. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design process for water projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Overseeing the coordination of design activities, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil aspects.
• Conducting design reviews to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior design staff.

About You:

• Extensive experience in design management, preferably within the water sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in water design.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate design teams to achieve project objectives.
