Introduction

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage costs, budgets, and procurement
• Experience in risk assessment and value engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Conduct regular cost analysis and provide cost forecasting
• Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
• Identify potential risks and suggest suitable mitigation strategies
• Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders
