About the Role
Winvic Construction Limited, a leading construction company in the HTP industry, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the projects
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any issues that arise
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets
• Communicate with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and resolving any concerns or disputes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all project sites
• Prepare and present project reports to the senior management team

Key Requirements:

• Significant experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry
