Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and contribute to the design of drainage systems
• Assist in the management and workload distribution of the team
• Provide hands-on support and expertise on-site as required
• Review and approve drawings
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of drainage processes and procedures

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in drainage design and delivery
• Strong understanding of highway engineering
• Practical civil engineering experience
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Flexibility to respond quickly to site visits
