QHSE Manager

Our client, a leading company in the Renewables and Oil & Gas industry, is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead the department and oversee a wide range of offshore projects. As the QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management systems. You will also coordinate the QHSE and Social personnel working both in the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and improve the Quality, HSE, and Social Management System
• Plan and coordinate the QHSE and Social personnel
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate standards
• Coordinate the definition and improvement of work processes and business support activities
• Assist in the bidding stage and develop specific Quality and HSE plans
• Support departments and Project Managers in dealing with clients on Quality, Health, and Safety matters
• Coordinate the Company Document System
• Ensure certifications of the Quality management system
• Provide support to Top Management in relationships with Certification Bodies and Public Administration
• Conduct internal Quality and HSE system auditing activities
• Allocate qualified Quality and HSE resources
• Participate in accident/incident investigations and analyze performance
• Manage potential HSE emergencies
• Implement training and communication initiatives to promote Quality and HSE culture
• Collect and analyze QHSE data and report to Corporate functions
• Define and implement Sustainability policies and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and assess HSE risks
