Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee routine highway maintenance contracts
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of contractors
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in managing routine highway maintenance contracts
• Good understanding of highways maintenance standards and regulations
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using project management software
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant qualifications in contract management or a related field preferred
