Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and overseeing highway maintenance activities
• Leading a team and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Providing regular progress reports to management

Job Requirements:

• Experience in conducting highway maintenance supervision
• Strong knowledge of pothole repairs and minor works
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Full UK driving license
• Valid CSCS card
