Job Requirements

• Significant experience as a Site Agent with a PTS Civils qualification
• Strong knowledge and understanding of civils projects
• CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
• SMSTS qualification
• Valid driving licence
• Ability to pass an Occupational Health Check/Fitness Test

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and reports
• Manage project resources effectively and efficiently
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
