Job description

As a Milestone Construction Site Supervisor Trainee Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of the action and oversee various sub-contractors and operative activities, working across several workstreams within the business. The main duties and tasks of a construction site supervisor are the control of health and safety standards on construction projects, recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project and the minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• HNC Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor through our preferred training provider
• Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

As a Milestone Trainee Apprentice, you will be recruited on a permanent contract and after completing your apprenticeship you will be promoted into the business. You will also have further development opportunity through professional qualification or training courses.
