Job description

Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage highway projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement project plans
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including Sub-Contractors, private companies, and Local Authorities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and budget requirements
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement necessary adjustments
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members
• Conduct regular project reviews and prepare reports
• Manage programme of works and ensure timely delivery

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing highway projects
• Experience working with highway design
• Ideally have NEC4 knowledge
• Experience working with Sub-Contractors
• Experience with working with private companies
• Experience with working with Local Authorities
• Experience with working with budgets
• Experience with working with programme of works
