Job description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including MicroDrainage, Infodrainage, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake and lead civil engineering design projects across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, residential, environmental, and public realm.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as MicroDrainage, Infodrainage, and AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop comprehensive design solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as required to assess project conditions and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
