Job description

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team immediately for a 7-month assignment. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £28.85 per hour PAYE Direct (£36.11 per hour PAYE Umbrella) based on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the completion of building projects, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple trades on-site.
• Drive project progress and adherence to the schedule.
• Utilize project monitoring systems like FieldView to track and manage project milestones.
• Ensure project completion aligns with the established program.

Requirements:

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification.
• SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) qualification.
• Proven experience in supporting the finishing of building projects.
• Experience in an NHS (National Health Service) environment is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
