Project Delivery Support
Our client, a leading public sector organization, is seeking a skilled 'Go Live' Planning Project Delivery Support to join their team on a contract basis.
Role requirements:
- the post holder would be expected to have Project Management/Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting colleagues and other stakeholders through a significant change/transition in processes or goals.
- Experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including senior management.
- Ability to lead, develop, motivate and manage staff.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and have experience in preparing project papers/documentation and delivering presentations.
- Ability to work on own initiative and provide a positive contribution to the overall success of the team.
- One or more related qualifications, e.g. PRINCE2 is preferred but not essential.
As the post holder will be required to travel on official duty, the successful candidate must have access to a form of transport which will enable them to fulfil their responsibilities in full.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements in the end to end trader journey.
- Support stakeholder engagement through leading on and chairing specific meetings or working groups with users.
- Supporting the key user groups through the transition process.
- Development of transition and customer handover plans through engagement with wider project team and stakeholders.
- Deliver advice on changing processes through delivering awareness sessions and preparing relevant written briefing updates for staff and site users.
- Work with business areas to coordinate and develop relevant training plans for sites users.
