Job description

We are seeking individuals with the expertise to assemble aerospace components using diverse techniques, conduct thorough testing of aerospace products according to specifications and test requirements. Successful candidates should demonstrate cooperation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
During the training period, a core shift is required, with a preference for late shifts once fully trained.
Key Responsibilities:

• Precise fitting of aerospace components using various techniques
• Efficient production of work within cost parameters
• Proactive communication, including asking for clarification when needed
• Maintaining a clean and productive working area
• Demonstrating a cooperative and flexible attitude

Requirements:

• Previous assembly experience
• Proficiency in understanding and following detailed drawings
• Excellent hand dexterity
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in fuel testing
• Aerospace assembly experience
