Job description

Building Control opportunity within an Approved Inspector based in London.

Introduction

• We are currently working with an Approved Inspector who are looking to recruit a Principal / Senior / Building Control Surveyor to join the group and support on sites in the London area, and the projects will be tailored to suit the Surveyors home location.

You will need:

• Ability to manage a variety of projects, both residential and commercial.
• Knowledge and experience of working on residential and commercial projects.
• The ability to provide a client-led service.
• A proactive attitude when dealing with current clients.
• In the Process of getting registered at a class 2 / class 3.
• Full UK driving license.

Working conditions / environment:

• Flexible working with the option to work from home full time.

Salary / Package:

• The Salary will range from £55,000 - £75,000 + £3,000 - £4,000 Car Allowance + 45p per mile + Private Health Care + Pension scheme + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
