Job Title: Senior and Principal Engineers - Bridge & Structural Design (Rail)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Senior and Principal Engineers specializing in Bridge & Structural Design for Rail projects to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions for rail infrastructure projects, contributing their expertise to complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of bridge structures and other rail infrastructure components.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integrity and project success.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as required.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years for Senior Engineers, 8+ years for Principal Engineers) in bridge & structural design within the rail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale rail infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., Eurocodes, British Standards, Network Rail standards).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Chartered Engineer status (preferred).
