Job description

Our client, a leading Defence and Security company in the Maritime Naval Ships sector, is currently seeking a skilled Detail Designer - Electrical to join their team. This is a contract position with a duration of 12 months, based at their site in Scotstoun.

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in Electrical Design
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Knowledge of ship building processes
• Experience in 3D modelling (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed electrical designs for naval ships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met
• Contribute to the development of design documentation
• Perform design reviews and make necessary modifications
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
