Multimedia Content Specialist

What will I be doing?

You'll be the creative force behind engaging multimedia content that keeps our front line teams informed, inspired, and proud to be part of Europe's most loved airline.

• To be the multimedia specialist in our internal comms team, crafting compelling content that drives our strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce visually impactful material that resonates with our audience.
• Lead the production of live events that enhance participant and presenter experiences.
• Forge relationships across the airline to deliver content that captivates our internal audience.
• Drive our multimedia content strategy, revitalising our internal channels for maximum engagement.

Ideal Experience:

• Have owned a mixed media content calendar, ensuring alignment with internal comms plans.
• Managed the end-to-end production process, from planning to delivery.
• Utilised feedback and metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Deployed assets across internal channels and managed relationships with production stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Familiarity with editing tools and platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Workplace, Microsoft Office, and Vimeo.
• Extensive experience in mixed media production within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of content creation and a passion for innovation.
