Build the future. Today.

You don’t just need talent. You need future-ready talent.

The STEM Futures Programme is built to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and mindset to thrive in your world. But we don’t do it alone. We work with industry leaders to bridge the skills gap and build a stronger, more diverse pipeline of talent.

Want to shape the future of STEM? Let’s collaborate.

Why we do it.

Because the future doesn’t build itself.

We believe in opportunity. In equity. In the power of people.

That’s why we partner with organisations like AFBE-UK, Foothold, and the Materna Fund to open doors, level the playing field, and make STEM careers accessible to everyone.

We’re not just in the industry. We’re in the know

And we’re already working on what’s next.

Who we work with.

When we launched Limitless in Tech, we had three goals: build a community, champion women, and connect brilliant minds.

One year in, we’re proud to say. We’re doing just that.

  • 200+ women strong and growing
  • Dozens of mentor-mentee matches made
  • More women placed in tech roles than ever before

This isn’t just a cohort. It’s a movement.

A space where women in tech support each other, share knowledge, and break barriers together.

Communications

The Materna Fund

Backing future engineers. Honouring a legacy.

To celebrate 40 years of connecting people with opportunity, we launched the Materna Fund, named after our founder, George Materna.

It’s more than a scholarship. It’s a commitment to the future of STEM.

Each year, the fund supports two students on the BEng (Hons) Engineering and Technology with Foundation Year programme at the University of Portsmouth with £2,500 each. For many, this foundation year is a second chance—and the Materna Fund helps make it count.

But this isn’t just about moneyIt’s about impact. It’s about giving students the space to focus, grow, and thrive. And it’s part of a bigger picture—our ongoing mission to make STEM accessible, inclusive, and full of opportunity.
