What You'll Do
- Design, prototype, and develop new features and products that enhance healthcare efficiency.
- Create universal, scalable designs that work across multiple platforms.
- Identify user needs through research, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas, and refine designs based on data and feedback.
- Ensure design consistency & coherence across various platforms in collaboration with other designers.
- Work closely with engineers & product managers to deliver high-quality, polished user experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Product Designer (We are looking for candidates with different levels of seniority)
- A portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design, including wireframes, flow maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experience designing end-to-end flows, as well as complex user stories (e.g., healthcare workflows).
- Deep understanding of user behavior, design patterns, and user-centered design principles.
- Strong visual branding skills to create cohesive product experiences.
- Expert in design tools like Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or traditional sketching tools.
Bonus Points for
- Experience in vector-based illustrations for adaptable design systems.
- Knowledge of motion graphics & animation applied to web experiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies & project management.
- A curious, creative, and proactive mindset.
