Job description
Introduction
Our client, a prominent London Borough in North London, is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a contract position. As the Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of construction projects, ensuring their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the overall project, ensuring its smooth execution
- Develop and maintain detailed designs for construction projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee drainage, levels, and topographical aspects of the projects
- Support the construction team in taking the project from preliminary design to the construction phase
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Job Requirements
- Significant experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Engineer, Design Engineer, or Construction Manager
- Strong understanding of construction project development and implementation
- Proficiency in developing detailed designs for construction
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage project requirements
- Knowledge of drainage, levels, and topographical considerations in construction
- Availability to visit construction sites
