This role reports to the SAP Programme Lead and requires prior experience in planning and delivering IT solutions in a regulated environment with a gated governance process. You should be skilled in leading planning workshops in an outsourced setting.

The primary responsibility will be collaborating with peer project managers to develop and maintain cross-domain MS Project plans, while reviewing project artefacts (Risks, Issues, Dependency logs) to ensure governance quality. You will work closely with IT Business Analysts, Project Managers, and suppliers to support project definition, initiation, and planning, ensuring strong governance and progress tracking.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project
• Extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management, handling projects of varying complexity
• Expertise in project planning and execution
• Proven financial ownership of projects across diverse contractual frameworks
• Strong contractual and commercial acumen, with a track record of creating contracts that improve supplier delivery
• Expertise in process and governance design and implementation
• Skilled in vendor and customer management

Qualifications:

• Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent Project management qualification
• Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or equivalent preferable
• ITIL experience / qualification (helpful for interaction with IT Operations and Acceptance into Service)
• Very good experience in MS Project
