Our client, a pioneering organisation in the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programmes within the automotive retail industry, is currently seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts.
- Develop and update learning content, including new-model launch training.
- Attend brand and factory events such as product launches and factory accreditation programmes.
- Inspire technicians of all experience levels to excel in the industry.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Levels 1-3, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
- A passion for automotive technology and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and adapt to different learning environments.
- Proactive time management and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Ability to commute to Milton Keynes daily.
