Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the enterprise Dual Run strategy aligned with transformation milestones and business risk appetite.
- Govern the end‑to‑end Dual Run operating model and processes across Supply Chain Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
- Set and enforce Dual Run principles, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Provide business orchestration and assurance of Dual Run across functional, data, and technical workstreams.
- Collaborate with the Technical Dual Run Lead to enable the agreed Dual Run strategy and operating model.
- Act as the primary integration point across business, technical, and SI Dual Run activities.
Cutover, Go‑Live & Dual Run Execution Assurance:
- Ensure cutover and Dual Run plans are operationally executable, not just technically sound.
- Validate business cutover sequencing, dependencies, and Dual Run scope and duration.
- Lead resolution of cross‑functional and cross‑market conflicts impacting Dual Run execution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:
- Engage with Pulse leadership, Market leadership, Shared Services, and External Partners.
- Advise senior leaders on business risk, readiness, and mitigation strategies.
- Build strong alignment across matrixed teams, influencing without direct authority.
Change, Readiness & Stabilisation Oversight:
- Orchestrate business readiness for Dual Run, ensuring operational and organisational readiness.
- Lead business oversight through Hypercare and stabilisation, ensuring controlled exit from Dual Run.
Financial Integrity & Reconciliation:
- Partner with Finance and Controlling to ensure financial accuracy across systems.
- Define and oversee financial and operational reconciliation processes during Dual Run.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and reporting obligations.
Leadership, Capability & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and orchestrate a dedicated Dual Run leadership team comprising Functional Leads.
- Provide direction and prioritisation across the Dual Run team for coherent end-to-end delivery.
- Capture and institutionalise lessons learned to continuously improve the Dual Run strategy and execution.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Extensive senior experience leading ERP cutover and Dual Run execution for large, multi‑country transformations.
- Proven track record operating at enterprise and executive level, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SAP‑enabled business processes across Operations, Finance, and/or Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high‑risk transitions with strong governance control.
- Experience working with large System Integrators in senior client‑side leadership roles.
