Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the global engineering services team to identify requirements and solutions for active and upcoming projects.
- Lead and contribute to design activities, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
- Address certification and design/integration issues related to electrical/avionic equipment and systems changes for large aircraft modifications.
- Lead certification activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including on-wing test witnessing.
- Compile and check engineering documentation and instructions for continued airworthiness, including wiring diagrams, wire routing installation drawings, harness fabrication drawings, service bulletins, and manual supplements.
- Compile and check certification documents to demonstrate compliance with relevant electrical systems related airworthiness requirements, including electrical load analysis documents, test plans/reports, compliance statements, safety/equipment qualification documents, and certification programmes.
- Act as a representative during customer meetings, providing on-site support during the embodiment phase of projects.
- Occasional national and international travel to visit teammates, customers, and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree within Electrical/Avionics or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
- Experience with an EASA Part 21J Design Organisation (or equivalent) is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EASA regulatory and airworthiness requirements, including (E)TSO, CS-25, JAR-25, and FAR-25.
- Knowledge and experience of aircraft interior and/or avionic modifications.
- Experience with large and complex aircraft modification projects.
- Current or recent appointment as an EASA Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and professional integrity.
- Ability to work on multiple programmes efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands.

- Willingness to mentor and coach less experienced staff.
- Experience navigating OEM data systems for specifications and standards.
