We're looking for a product-minded Engineering Lead to own a cross-functional squad and drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead a small team within a product squad, partnering closely with Product & Design
- Shape roadmap, not just deliver it-owning both the what and the how
- Translate strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions
- Stay hands-on where needed-coaching, unblocking, and raising engineering standards
- Improve how software gets built (tooling, workflows, AI adoption)

- Solid system design + modern full-stack or backend experience
